شرح موقعیت شغلی

Visual Job description We are looking for a passionate and creative, Junior/Mid level Visual designer to shape and own the user interface and digital assets of our products. The ideal candidate will collaborate in agile and cross functional teams, including developers, UI/UX designers, copywriters and product managers to ensure our branding is consistent and appealing. You will design aesthetically pleasing products and digital assets that capture our brand and engage our audiences and convey messages and information through illustrations, graphics and patterns. Responsibilities 

● Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.

● Combine various colors, shapes and typography fonts to improve user experience.

● Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.

● Translate client business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging. 

● Design logos, icons, illustrations, interactions models, infographics and mockups. 

● Create and maintain a functional digital assets and components library across all the products. 

● Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the visual design field. Requirements 

● Proven work experience as a Visual Designer, UI Designer or similar role 

● Portfolio of related works (e.g. logos, Illustrations and graphics). 

● Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, Indesign and Adobe Illustrator. 

● Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts and attention to visual details. 

● Experience working in an agile/scrum development process. 

● Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it. 

● Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time. 

● Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus. 

● Knowledge of motion design and related softwares (Adobe AfterEffects,...) is a plus.
