Hold and facilitate the Scrum events (i.e., grooming, sprint planning, retro etc.)
Promote the agile mindset among the team members and managers
Help build a self-organizing culture among the team members
Support the product owners and teams in developing realistic product and release roadmaps
Ensure the timely delivery of products according to the release plans
Proactively identify and communicate the issues and try to resolve them with a root-cause analysis approach
Actively manage the relevant stakeholders by applying proper engagement techniques such as reporting, documented communications etc.
Proactively cooperate in enhancing the ways of working within the teams and the whole organization by providing constructive feedbacks and recommendations
Requirements and Skills
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/ Agile Coach
Skilled with agile concepts and tools (Jira, confluence)
Bachelor's/ Master degree in Industrial Engineering/ software engineering or other related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated and self-organized
Strong communicator, educator and coach
Proficient in providing constructive feedback
Proffered qualifications
Certified in Agile (CSM, PMI-ACP, CSP etc.)
Experienced in large scale agile practices (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS etc.)
