Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Arrange a CRM team, based on job role and department
updating client accounts in the CRM system to reflect accuracy
Analysing customer behaviour (Customer Analytics)
working with IT in case there are tech issues that impede the customer experience
Handling customer profile and data management
Integrating all channels in Digipay to CRM
Support and develop CRM system based on business needs
Migrate past data from all data storage
Continuous System testing and evaluate the success of CRM implementation
Qualifications:
Education and Experience: At least Bachelor degree / over 5 years experience
Behavioral Skills: Soft skills ability, customer service mindset, communication skills, patient
Technical Skills: Call Center / communication, leadership skills, IT knowledge /problem-solving / time-management skills / product knowledge
