Job Description:

Overall accountability for the design & implementation of high-quality HR projects, processes, and services.
Ensure the integration of HR solutions across business units and HR business partners.
Prepare and present specific strategies for learning & development and performance management.
Develop and maintain strategies aiming at performance improvement of individuals and increasing a High-Performance Working Culture in place.
Lead the development of HR service level agreements with business units.
Provide thorough leadership and best practice HR expertise to the entire organization.
Oversee the design and implementation of organization Strategy.
Overall accountability for HR policies & procedures and alignment.
Ensure adequate testing and piloting of HR solutions before rolling out.
Ownership of change management initiatives on behalf of the HR department.
Present HR consultancy to business units at a high level of professionalism.
Collaborates with HRBPs to ensure the application of HR processes and practices in a standardized way.

Requirements:

At least 8 years of experience in OD, people development and Talent management areas
Strong project management and HR service delivery expertise.
Experience in communicating ideas and information through written proposals, reports and presenting these to top management.
Evaluates current processes, challenges and provide sound solutions, and cultivates a culture of continuous improvement.
Demonstrates strong negotiations, influencing, and management skills.
Manages the demands of multiple projects at one time.

دیجی‌پی در سال ۱۳۹۷ عضوی از خانواده دیجی‌کالا شد. هدف گروه دیجی‌کالا از ورود به حوزه فینتک، ارائه سرویس‌های پرداخت الکترونیک با پایداری بالا و بهترین تجربه برای مشتری بود. به دنبال تعریف این هدف، مسیر توسعه سرویس‌های دیجی‌پی مشخص شد.
