شرح موقعیت شغلی
- Prepare regular or ad-hoc financial reports for managers, all stakeholders, and managers of various units.
- Identify, prepare, and research differences between forecasts, budgets, and expenses from the previous year, actively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Assist business leaders in the processing, tracking, and management of expenses.
- Respond to inquiries made by senior management.
- Assist on special projects as requested.
- Support business initiatives (i.e. new product launches, M&A activity, etc.)
- Identify and understand business and financial challenges; propose and create solutions.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Ensure alignment and consistency of financial reports provided by different teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
- Pro-active, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives
- Proficiency in Excel
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Keen attention to detail and excellent
- Able to analyze complex reports or data
- Knowledge of the Fintech industry is preferred
