Job Description
As a Business Development at Digipay, you'll be involved in exciting projects from start to finish. You'll work with different teams and partners to help grow our business. Here’s what you’ll do; such as Project Management, Communication, Market Research, Deal Evaluation, Support and Operations, Networking, Data Management and Attracting New Partners.

Requirements and Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields,
2+ years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, business development, or project management,
Understanding of Iran’s startup ecosystem and interest in emerging technologies and markets,
Ability to identify and support successful startups,
Knowledge of Finance, Payment, and FinTech industries,
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment,
Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail,
Analytical and problem-solving skills,
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills,
High presentation and persuasion skills,
Highly self-motivated and organized.

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in building a strong network of entrepreneurs, co-investors, and government contacts.
Background in FinTech, Payment, InsurTech, or Financial Services (e.g., banks or stock markets) is a plus.
Passion for learning and growing in the venture capital industry.
