Role:
· Support to handle the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
· Provide and set OKR training session for new comers
· Prepare termination and severance letters.
· Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment
· Conduct employee on-boarding plan such as: assign Buddy for them, make sure they justify about their role, become familiar with basic fundamentals and set the appraisal session after 3-month probation
· Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, SSO, complementary insurance and …. And resolve issues and problems.
· Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and OKR planning, target setting and progress evaluation sessions
· Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
· Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
· Provide personnel with engagement plan such as: Team building, internal and outdoor events & activities,
Requirements:
· Fluent in English
· Advanced in MS Office (especially Power Point & Excel)
· Familiar with Photoshop
· Passionate for learning
· Familiar with HR Basics
· Age: 20-30
