We are looking for a skilled, proactive, and results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to join Digikala Business. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding and managing our corporate client base within the B2E team.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain effective relationships with corporate clients.
Analyze and identify organizational purchasing needs (consumables, fixed assets, welfare, and financial) to develop sales opportunities.
Acquire and develop new corporate clients and expand the existing client network.
Lead the full sales cycle from initial introduction to contract closure.
Define and structure special partnership projects with organizations and institutions .
Collaborate with finance, commercial, and operations teams to ensure effective execution of the sales and supply chain processes.
Follow up on financial matters and collections to ensure cash flow and sustainable client relationships.
Promote and sell new Digikala Business services to existing and new clients.
Offer organizational welfare services such as gift cards and employee loan programs to corporate clients.
Requirements:
Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and familiarity with corporate contracts.
High sense of ownership, teamwork, and accountability.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
