The Monitoring senior specialist play a key role in improving the efficiency of sales processes. This role applies methodologies such as systems thinking, process orientation and data-driven analysis to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and minimize operational costs by identifying the fraud possibilities. The Specialist works closely with stakeholders across commercial, finance, and product teams to drive continuous improvement and achieve operations excellence.
Responsibilities:
Analyze end-to-end operations processes to identify inefficiencies to prevent financial waste or merchant churn
Analyze end-to-end operations processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop and implement process enhancement strategies that drive cross-functional collaboration.
Apply Six Sigma methodologies to identify root causes and implement data-driven corrective actions.
Conduct time studies and numerical analyses to measure and improve sale operations performance.
Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and operations data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Use database and analysis tools.
Collaborate with teams to forecast new or current process possible risks.
Proactively resolve operations issues with innovative, scalable solutions.
Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates clearly and effectively across all levels.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Familiarity with supply chain, sales operations, or financial controls.
apply statistical analysis, regression modeling, clustering, or anomaly detection algorithms (e.g., Z-score, IQR, moving averages) to flag suspicious patterns
Proven experience in process improvement or operations management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data interpretation and numerical analysis.
Familiarity with supply chain concepts.
