We are looking for a Local Treasury Lead Expert to join our Finance Department. In this role, you will lead the execution and oversight of local treasury operations, ensuring accurate cash management, payment controls, financial risk monitoring, and reporting across the organization. This position is designed for an experienced treasury professional with strong analytical capabilities, a high level of ownership, and the ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily treasury operations, including customer receipts and supplier payments.
Manage and monitor the company’s cash position across bank accounts and cash funds to ensure optimal liquidity.
Review, verify, and reconcile payment transactions, bank deposits, and bank accounts with a high level of accuracy.
Organize, control, and monitor treasury-related financial documents, including checks, promissory notes, and other payment instruments.
Prepare treasury, cash flow, and management reports, providing actionable financial insights.
Monitor treasury-related financial risks, identify potential issues, and recommend effective solutions.
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant treasury reporting while continuously improving treasury processes and controls.
Collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support efficient financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Treasury, Accounting, or Financial Operations.
Strong expertise in cash management, banking operations, and financial reconciliation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
High level of ownership, accountability, and professional integrity.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience working with ERP systems and treasury processes is a strong advantage.
