شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role :
Photography Assistants responsible for help photographers to take photo based on the guidelines. This person reports directly to the photography team leads. The type and nature of the tasks might change or be added to if needed.
Job Description :
Assistant photographers with preparing products and holding light shapers and facilitate the photography processes.
Reaching the determined targets for every day (450 points). This target calculated based on product kind and difficulty of photography.
The exact target is set for every day multiplied by the working days in the month.
Trying to reduce the error rate in styleshoots photography below 0.5 %.
Open to feedback from team lead and supervisor.
Keeping time to photography SLA under 8h.
Providing a thorough and exact report as directed by the supervisor.
Passing knowledge to other members of the team.
Attending the workplace at 8:30 a.m. and starting 8:45.
Proper professional behavior and attitude.
Avoiding slacking during work hours.
Adopting a teamwork-based spirit and avoiding tension with fellow coworkers.
Seeking help from supervisor and other experienced coworkers if faced with a problem.
Being dedicated to the targets set by the team’s management.
Taking great care while checking the products and making sure of the quality.
