شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job description:
A Social Media/PR Specialist is a contact person of Digikala with all kinds of customers to handle their requirements and issues on Social media with respect and attention.

A Social Media/PR Specialist is responsible for:

Answers consumer questions and complaints on social media.
Creation of content that meets our customer standards.
Spots opportunities to engage in relevant social conversations and build relationships real-time.
Stay current with social media trends and best practices.

Job requirements:

demonstrated track record in writing (published articles/report or posts in blog/social media)
Impeccable writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (especially twitter) and how they can be deployed.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Creative problem solver who is able to influence others via written and verbal communication.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Self-motivated, energetic, adaptable, flexible and reliable.
A proactive reader.
Ability to read and write in English.
