Digikala Product consists of 4 main areas including shopping, operation, commercial and ventures. As an Associate product manager you own the roadmap of products defined in each area and hold responsibilities stated below:
Provide vision, direction, and product strategy to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the development life cycle;
Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and user experience to ensure the right customer problem is solved;
Coach and mentor others in the team with respect to fulfill end user needs across segments and personas;
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with overall company strategies;
Ensure that products solve customer and business problems and are stable in production, satisfying scalability, reliability, performance and business goals;
Organize and engage in usability testing to define detailed interaction flows;
Meet with product users to obtain a comprehensive understanding of needs and constraints;
Anticipate the need to bring cross-functional teams together to solve problems;
Report on key product metrics and analyze data;
Facilitate communication across internal teams and explain the value of new initiatives;
Drive conflict resolution across product development teams;
Work within and plan against a defined release schedule;
Identify and resolve inefficiencies in PM tools, process and workflows;
Conduct Demos to business users of capabilities completed.
Job Requirements:
MA/BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Business Administration desired;
3+ years experience, preferably in business applications development or product management for internal/external products;
Proven success in delivering complex technology products/services in a high growth environment;
Experience in leading product development start to finish, including customer-facing products, with the ability to drive prioritization consensus across business units and serve as an effective liaison between customers and engineering
Demonstrated solid judgment and effective communication skills. Ability to see the big picture, while navigating technology and partner development decisions and tradeoffs;
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority;
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on communicating technical requirements and solutions to internal and external audiences in Farsi and English;
Negotiation and influence management skills;
Understanding of eCommerce business systems and business processes is a big plus.
