In this position, you will:
Ø Establish data modeling frameworks for addressing the growth opportunity and lifting the experience of the customers across the ecosystem.
Ø Apply the best practices in experimental design and statistical analysis across digital channels to measure incremental lift and diminishing returns; design, perform, and evangelize marketing tests such as A/B testing, matched market, and pre/post analysis.
Ø Deep dive into cases through data and ad hoc analyses, recover the ground truth of the customer behavior, preference and paint points to boost the customer engagement.
Ø Build industry leading full funnel measurement frameworks to determine the return on marketing investments across paid, owned, and partnership channels through a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
Ø Contribute to projects focused on growth marketing, customer research, journey maps, operational effectiveness, process solutions to digital marketing and business problems.
Ø Work closely with the growth, marketing, and product teams to explore and define consumer growth goals. Be a true partner in roadmap planning and prioritization.
Ø Communicate Results on a regular basis to stakeholders around the world.
What We Are Looking For :
o MS/BS in Computer Science, Statistics or other related fields.
o More than two years of experience as a data scientist (preferably in e-commerce).
o Proficiency in Python and it’s data analysis and visualization tools.
o Proven hands on experience building machine learning models.
o Ability and interest in thinking beyond the revenue organization, considering the challenges of other teams, and prioritizing what is best for the business holistically, is essential.
o Ability to communicate across the organization, especially to teams with less data & analytics experience.
o Must be flexible and self-motivated – able to work in fast paced, dynamic and unstructured environment
o Excellent analytical skills.
