شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsible for the development and implementation of ops metrics to improve business operational efficiency
Manage the day-to-day of running shops; meeting operation standards, managing stock deliveries, and more
Supporting the setup of existing and new stores and supports all business requirements
Plan and execute Area management, expansion timeline & strategy
Complete accurate forecasting and risk assessment of new growth and expansion plans
Coordination closely with city ops specialist to handling day-to-day working well

Requirement

High efficiency and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Tools - Excel,PowerPoint
Significant experience working in expansion or business development in a similar role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A good sense of humour. Fun is treated very seriously at Jet!
Numerical and analytical skills with great attention to detail
The ability to take ownership and responsibility, proactively seek out solutions and opportunities to improve
Adaptability and flexibility in how you support the team and the needs of the business
Superb organization skills. You’re process driven, great at solving problems and confident making decisions
Speed and efficiency in all tasks to support the team (speed is our currency at Jet)
