شرح موقعیت شغلی

  • Contribution to the development of tools, APIs and scripts to address business needs, in PowerShell Core.
  • Support the Ticketing System and address support team’s needs.
  • Work closely with the Seller Support team to understand their requirements and provide IT tools and features they need.
  • System and server administration, especially in a Microsoft Infrastructure environment, such as Microsoft Active Directory and DNS, Exchange, IIS, e.g..
  • Participate in Business Continuation/Disaster Recovery infrastructure planning, deployment and testing, including Service performance, security, usage/monitoring and design.
  • Research for and/or develop new services to address business needs.
  • Perform other related duties or special projects, as assigned
Job requirements 

  • BS or MSc degree in Computer Engineering/Information Technology.
  • Ideal 5 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server and services (MCSE)
  • Ideal 2 years of experience in Linux (LPIC-1 & LPIC-2)
  • Deep knowledge with experience in Manage Engine ServiceDesk Plus.
  • Very strong scripting and developing skills with PowerShell and being familiar with .Net Framework and SQL Database.
  • Knowledge with experience in ICT services such as Active Directory, Exchange Server, DNS, Certificate Services, Web Server (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, Nginx)
  • Good understanding of Virtualization concepts as well as Docker container
  • Familiar with Load balancer (HAProxy), Database (SQL Server and MySQL) and Web Applications concepts.
  • Willing to analyze and solve challenging problems by leveraging the power of teamwork
  • Ability to write technical documents
