Content Specialist in Electronic team is responsible for producing catalog in different ways such as data entry and writing description and review for Electronic related products. S/he has to do his/her work regarding the time, quality and quantity. The type and nature of the tasks might be modified according to the situation.
Responsibilities: ● Insert electronic products with proper specifications. ● Review products with or without product samples. ● Participate in team meetings. ● Write descriptions for electronic products. ● Edit photos (basic levels in Photoshop). ● Deliver qualified output based on guidelines. ● Reach to adjusted quantity and quality targets. ● Provide solutions to improve electronic products. ● Communicate problems or vague cases with the supervisor. ● Research electronic products and explain ideas. ● Help the supervisor with monitoring reported cases and respond requests received. ● Actively report potential bugs or blockers which might affect team productivity and targets. ● Respond to complaints and requests received from sellers in order to insert products and write reviews. ● Discuss and report potential improvements for communication, guidelines, or processes with the supervisor. ● Help the supervisor in keeping rules and approaches updated based on the new cases and needs on a regular. ● Pass knowledge to other members of the team and assist colleagues in problems or workloads.
Requirements: ● Technical knowledge of electronic products. ● Understand trends in the field of electronics and digital. ● Fluent in English. ● Proper professional behavior and attitude. ● General competency of MS Office software and similar online services. ● Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce and content trends and impact in e-commerce. ● Able to prepare reports and presentations. ● Able to benchmark similar businesses and come up with innovative ideas in order to expand the business. ● Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organized.
