شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job description :

Review seasonal sales patterns using item/category sales history and take into account promotional activities when estimating desirable inventory levels
Develop and maintain relationship with commercial, marketing, and operational teams to understand sales/ operational requirements
Ensure consistent replenishment and maintain healthy inventory levels by item with consideration of sales targets and storage capacity
Track sales trends and monitor inventory levels, proactively escalate supply gaps to Supply and Demand Manager, and align with relevant stakeholders on timely actions to minimize stock-outs
Prepare reports on demand accuracy and evaluate root causes with support of Supply and Demand Manager in order to provide executive teams with solutions and feedbacks for enhanced efficiency in operation

Job requirements :

Minimum bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or other relevant fields
Minimum 3 years in Supply Chain/ Sales functions ideally with experience in inventory planning and/ or demand forecasting (Exposure to FMCG industry would be beneficial)
Proven analytical and quantitative skills and strong decision making capabilities
Exceptional knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Teamwork spirit with eagerness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills to cooperate with multiple functions
