Job Description
Digikala is rapidly expanding in ways that bring value to the lives of our customers. Our goal is to design experiences that reflect Customer empowerment and a great shopping experience.
We’re looking for a team member who is user-centered, curious, and passionate about understanding who, what, where, why, and how users behave in our platform. Enjoys planning research and test sessions, loves to get into the details of feedbacks and is comfortable with analyzing qualitative and quantitative input, has a ship-it mentality, eager to grow and gain experience. We’re building a world-class enterprise design team and we want someone to be a part of this mission.
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research using a variety of methodologies including face-to-face usability sessions, remote usability, moderated and unmoderated testing, card sorting, tree testing, ethnographic methods, and derive personas;
- Own the research process from participant recruiting and screening, scheduling to writing test plans and creating prototypes;
- Help build a process for creating UX metrics to measure and track data over time, to help illustrate the impact of design changes on the user experience;
- Communicate user behaviors and insights in compelling, creative ways, focusing on actionable recommendations;
- Gain a deep understanding of how our products and platforms influence user behavior and represent the voice of our users in the product development process;
- Implement a User Research Knowledge Repository as a way of collecting, annotating, and sharing insights;
- Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, Data, and Design teams by delivering insights that inform the problems we choose to seek and shape the future of our roadmaps.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional, multi-device CX or UX research experience;
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods;
- Experience working with a variety of research tools, including surveys, card sorting, online testing tools, etc...;
- Exceptional analytical skills. Able to take a variety of primary and secondary source materials such as site analytics, survey results, user sessions, industry reports, and best practices to craft actionable recommendations;
- Ability to create low and high-fidelity prototypes;
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills;
- Curious and creative; enjoy complex issues and problem-solving;
- Great interpersonal skills such as communication skills;
- Ability to work and manage time independently.
