We need a creative data-driven mind in Commercial Strategy and Insight team to work in dynamic environment, not only to provide us with analytical solutions, but also to address problems and work on them to help the team to optimize their performance. This position requires excellent analytical skills, problem solving, and strong presentation skill. Sales Data Analyst is responsible for planning, defining and monitoring business KPIs, exploring data for interesting insights, etc.
Responsibilities
• Analyze the quality of attracted sellers with defined relevant KPIs
• categorize sellers in different segments and monitor their performance,
• check the usability of platforms for sellers and suggest how to improve them by analyzing the data
• Analyze the business operation in terms of cost and income,
• Benchmarking best practices and monitoring competitor’s activities.
• Providing reports and presentations based on occasions.
requirements
• 2-3 years experience in similar role
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Very strong numerical and analytical skills - translate commercial initiatives into quantifiable measurable performance
• Ability to think critically and creatively
• Demonstrated project management skill
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fluid, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of E-commerce industry is preferred
