شرح موقعیت شغلی

· Set annual/ quarterly quantity and value targets in line with business objectives and in alignment with category/ business lines

· Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and develop statistical forecast models

· Lead S&OP meetings to utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts

· Provide input to the Supply Planning in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs

· Track and report target achievement, measure forecast accuracy, and record key reasons for deviation

· Track KPI achievements and ensure alignment of KPI setting with business objectives and cross-functional links

Requirements

· Minimum bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or other relevant fields

· Minimum 3 years in Supply Chain/ Sales Planning functions (Exposure to FMCG industry would be beneficial)

· Proven analytical and quantitative skills with deep business insight

· Exceptional knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

· Team player with excellent cross-functional communication skills

· Knowledge of S&OP process would be favorable

· Experience in team leadership would be a plus
