استخدام کارشناس پشتیبانی عملیات

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  • Provide different types of report (e.g. Feedback Report, Growth metrics report, service quality report (SLA & OLA) and Descriptive statistics) 
  • Answering all user’s complains and questions Such as: transactional, technical, marketing and business questions
  • Provide internal customer support in case of queries  about live environment
  • Answering merchant questions such as : Refund, purchase, FATA cases, Wallet cases, Credit cases and… Answering user’s calls and in App and App Market  Feedbacks
  • Follow up all Users’ and merchants’ Issues including Incidents (Internal ones and service provider) 

Requirements:

  • Available to work in shift and on call in urgent situation
  • Ability to run simple & routine queries
  • Fluent in Ms. Office specially in Excel and writing related formulas
  • Related Experience in Customer Relation and CRM system
  • Fluent in reporting & Statistics concepts
  • Familiar with Financial concepts 
  • Familiar with payment Industry (Shaparak, Shetab Processes)
