Job description

We are looking to hire a skilled WordPress developer to design and implement attractive and functional components for our website. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development including the implementation of WordPress theme and plugins as well as site integration and security updates.

You should have in-depth knowledge of front-end programming languages, a good eye for aesthetics, and strong content management skills. Ultimately, a WordPress developer can create an attractive, user-friendly website that meets the design and functionality.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and building the website front-end
  • Creating the website architecture
  • Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration
  • Generating WordPress plugins
  • Conducting website performance tests
  • Monitoring the performance of the live website
  • Theme troubleshooting and bug fixes
  • WP routine admin tasks
  • Ongoing troubleshooting and support
  • Development/theme customization
  • Front-end design
Job Requirements 


  • Proven work experience as a WordPress developer
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies including PHP, CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5
  • Experience working with debugging tools
  • Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics
  • Knowledge of WordPress plugin development and implementation
  • Proficient in MySQL
  • Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them
  • Knowledge of API integration preferred
  • Experience with headless CMS a plus
  • Ability to manage projects
  • Good communication skills
  • Dedicated team player
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to solve complex problems
