Defining the brand growth strategy and implement the action plan to achieve the goals
Owning brand sales and profit performance, including planning, forecasting, placing order, inventory control and sell out management and drive to deliver desired results
Create and manage effective relations with external partners such as brand offices, suppliers and sellers
Negotiate deals, product mix, prices, payment terms and offers to best deliver to business needs
Analyze data to identify opportunities to expand business, process improvements, innovation and scale within the brand
Managing a team of buyers and account managers to supply best products at best price and ensure proper execution of the daily routines (purchase order, payments, listing, …)
Optimizing mix between direct purchase (retail) buys and marketplace
Collaborate with other teams such as Marketing, Pricing, Sourcing and Operations to execute marketing campaigns, enhance sales, improve customer or seller experience, find solutions to business problems, and support collective organizational goals
: Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
Minimum five years of work experience in Mobile business in e-commerce, retail, business development, sales or procurement
Strong business sense and salesmanship attitude and backed by analytical mindset and comfort generating and evaluating various reports, forecasts, metrics, and analyses
Innovative problem-solving skills; dissecting root causes of problems and implementing solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with proven ability to represent your organization in external meetings
Negotiation track-record and demonstrated ability to influence others
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and meet deadlines
Desire to manage your own business, proven track record of taking ownership and driving results – self-starter and self-directed, comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
Experience managing others strongly preferred
Passion about improving both customer and seller experience
Team spirit and enthusiasm about learning
