Digikala jet is looking for an account Manager Specialist who will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, vendors, and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports in Operation team, to support business decision making and improvement of organizational efficiency.
Job description
Maintain regular communication with new clients to address any concerns or issues and ensure their satisfaction.
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of the most important clients to ensure they are happy and cared for with the service
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and requests
Prepare regular reports of progress, performance, and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding and implementation of SOP.
Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as a account manager
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field
Strong follow-up approach and result oriented
Familiar with data interpretation and ability to prepare intermediate reports
The ability to use Excel is a must (Or other spreadsheets platforms such as G-sheets , Jira)
