Monitoring safety and environmental conditions Managing and coordinating the process of distribution planning and operations, including sales festivals Risk identification and crisis management in logistics processes Preparing and sending work progress reports and other related reports Implementation of the announced organization`s strategy and ensuring the realization of the level of customer service Developing and providing analytical reports Provide innovative ideas to improve performance and reduce costs. Managing individual and team development, creating motivation and support for subordinates, and ensuring the compliance of the behavior pattern with the disciplinary code. Site visits in case of problems, identifying and providing solutions to solve problems with the agent Control of new projects Periodic HSE and ISO audit of standards and work instructions Anticipating possible problems and taking preventive measures to reduce risks such as agent driver strikes, providing alternative solutions, Adjusting capacities, following up on recruiting drivers from agents, etc.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in (an MBA graduate), Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or another Relevant degree. 3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Ability to present and analyze Data and Reports Occasional Travel.
