We are seeking a talented Fleet Driver Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Fleet Driver Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in recruiting and onboarding drivers to expand our fleet. Key Responsibilities:
Driver Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to attract and recruit qualified drivers for our fleet. Identify target markets, channels, and recruitment tactics to optimize driver acquisition.
Relationship Building: Attend industry events and job fairs to network with potential drivers. Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end driver recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selection. Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new drivers.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor recruitment metrics and track the effectiveness of driver acquisition campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and provide insights for improvement.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and driver preferences. Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in fleet driver acquisition or recruitment role.
Strong knowledge of driver acquisition strategies and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret recruitment metrics.
Familiarity with the transportation industry and understanding of driver requirements.
