شرح موقعیت شغلی

Roles and Responsibility:

Drafting, negotiating, and drafting contracts, legal documents, agreements, and terms and conditions;
Giving accurate and timely counsel to other departments and subsidiaries;
Drafting and executing Investment Contracts for Group Company and Subsidiaries (including M&As, partnerships, JVs);
Legal Due Diligence on new Investees and ad hoc Due Diligence of Subsidiaries as required;
Post Investment follow up and ensuring the implementation of the Investment Agreement Obligations;
Effective engagement with legal officers of Subsidiaries and providing them required advices and directions;
Reviewing the main contract templates used in Subsidiaries on a regular basis;
Reviewing and ensuring compliance with the main rules and terms agreed upon on the SHA and AoA of the Group Company and Subsidiaries, as the case may be;
Identifying legal risks and minimizing them;
Providing legal services to the Subsidiaries without legal officer(s);
Training the legal staff of Subsidiaries and supervising their performance;
Instructing and assisting external legal partners;
making sure that the subsidiaries are fully complied with the applicable rules and regulations and internal policies;
Pro-active participation in the assigned projects;
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned;

Qualifications:

· Sufficient knowledge of corporate and contract law;

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (Graduation from reputable state universities is a plus).

· Lawyer’s (Bar) Association License is a plus;

· Fluent in English and drafting bilingual documents;

· At least 2 years of experience as an in-house lawyer or at a law firm;

· Excellent written skills including business communication and legal document drafting;

· Have good computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office;

· Team-oriented and highly motivated with excellent organizational skills;

· Strong ability of time management and attention to detail;

· Ability to work within deadlines, result-driven and able to deliver desired results under pressure.

· Advanced negotiation skills and awareness of cultural differences;

· For male candidates, military service shall be completed/exempted.
