As a UX researcher, you will have the opportunity to delve into customers' experiences and shed light on what matters the most to them. In this position, you will be able to communicate with a wide range of customers and users. We also support your novel methods for investigating customer experience and will make sure to provide you with sufficient resources to implement them.
Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research using a variety of methodologies.
Own the research process from participant recruiting, screening, and scheduling to writing test plans.
Proactively look for opportunities to engage with project and product teams and act as an evangelist for user research across the company.
Help build a process for creating UX and business metrics to measure and track data over time, to help illustrate the impact of design changes on the user experience.
Implement a User Research Knowledge Repository as a way of collecting, annotating, and sharing insights.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Figma.
1+ years of professional, multi-device CX or UX research experience.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods & tools (e.g. surveys, card sorting, and usability tests).
Exceptional analytical skills. Able to take a variety of primary and secondary source materials such as site analytics, survey results, user sessions, industry reports, and best practices to craft actionable recommendations.
Excellent presentation & documentation skills.
Curious and creative; enjoy complex issues and problem-solving.
Great interpersonal skills and clear communication.
