Job Description:
- Manage employment contract, establish and update employee personal profiles
- Effective Personnel Administration (Staff files, data integrity, leave, attendance records, loans ...)
- Handling all jobs related to administration such as payroll reports, personnel information recording, supplementary medical insurance and other related activities.
- Maintain recruitment data and other relevant information systems and provide standard reports
- Conducting Staff Insurance Related Issues
- Manage Staff Time Attendance control; prepare the related report
- Administers various admin plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development, revise and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Effective communicator, both verbal and written; ability to engage with all levels of personnel
- High attention to details
- Proven ability to be multi-task
- Ability to work through constant and large-scale changes
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- At least 1 year experience in similar position
- Bachelor's degree: Business/Management/Commerce
