Job Description:

- our HR Partners are known to be subject matter experts on HR programs, processes and tools.
- They act as the frontline consultant to the business, working with managers in creating a positive employee experience and offering the best HR advice on people matters.
- They operate and are subject matter experts, having deep knowledge in company and local programs, processes and policies; and offer strong, credible and compelling advice to business leaders on how to manage their team.
- They are dedicated to collaboration with HR Business Partners aligned to various businesses.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of HR associates in a high growth, rapidly changing environment
- Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
- Successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document and report preparation
- Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams
- Ability to analyze Data, preparing the analytical reports and work with related graphs.
