Job Description

Digi Express, a part of Digikala Group, initiated its activities in Logistics & SCM ecosystem with the vision to enhance the quality of customers experience in online Logistics Services. Digi Express is working toward building Logistics & SCM products that offer the easiest and secure by practice e-Transport experience for individuals and businesses alike in Iran and in the region. 

About the Role

As an associate product manager, you will collect and analyze data, translate the insights drawn from the analysis, and work with developers, stakeholders, and the design team to define new features or make improvements based on these insights. You as an associate product manager in Digi Express need a business mindset about logistic businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication across internal teams and explain the value of new initiatives.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products and present complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure that products solve customer and business problems and are stable in production, satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and user experience to ensure the right customer problem is solved.
  • Ability to divide large projects into iterative releases.
  • Understand technical requirements for the completion of new initiatives and ensure their success.
  • Identify and resolve inefficiencies in PM tools, processes, and workflows
Job Requirements

  • MA/BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Business Administration
  • 1.5+ years of experience, preferably in product management for internal/external products
  • Process and business understanding in the domains of logistics
  • techniques and data-driven decision processes
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on communicating technical requirements and solutions to internal and external audiences.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools (such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R)
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and experience in stakeholder management specially in operation
Nice To Have:

  • Experience in product management of logistics related products
  • Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
