شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a Fleet Training Senior Supervisor to oversee and manage the delivery of driver training programs. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing training plans, assessing driver performance, and ensuring drivers are trained based on operational expectations. You will also work closely with product and engineering teams to improve processes and develop online channels for continuous training. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting on key performance indicators and managing a team.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage the delivery of driver training and associated assessments based on fleet categories and driver statuses.
- Monitor and report on course structures to ensure optimal return on investment for driver training programs.
- Implement assessment plans and quality control measures to improve training based on results and feedback.
- Ensure drivers are trained in accordance with operational expectations.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to improve processes and develop online channels for continuous training.
- Define, report on, and optimize key performance indicators.
- Build reporting dashboards to track progress and share results with key stakeholders.
- Hire and manage a team, potentially including outsourced contractors.

Required Qualifications:

- 2+ years of relevant work experience in executional roles, training and development, or a similar field.
- Data-centered mindset with a deep curiosity for metrics, the ability to identify the right metrics, and track and report on their impact.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, data science, and engineering teams.
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in leading and motivating a team.
