Logistics Network Optimization and development in order to achieve targets and improve the SLA, considering cost reduction and capacity expansion.
Good knowledge of the business process and finding the gaps then prioritizing with problem-solving tools (MRP, ERP, industrial engineering, etc.)
Establish and meet standards and conditions for zero customer complaints.
Identify, manage, and derive projects that will bring financial benefit to the organization.
Drive and support the implementation of projects by building relationships and partnerships with all departments.
Develop matrix relationships to involve process experts and conduct improvement activities using problem-solving techniques such as brainstorming, fishbone, 5 whys, and FMEA.
Monitoring the whole process of Logistics in order to ensure that orders meet customers’ requirements.
Manage the strategic development and tactical implementation.
Collaboration with the commercial, CX, BI, and Tech teams to develop, monitor, and recommend adjustments to the current process and operating plan based on market conditions and trends.
Performs benchmarking and R&D studies on new logistics solutions.
Provides leadership to ensure that all new technology innovations/ intellectual property is protected and appropriately defended in Logistics.
Drive improvements in business performance related to sortation centers depot level and warehouse resource/capacity utilization.
Requirement :
B.S. or M.S. Industrial engineering.
Strong knowledge of data mining, analysis, and being initiative and creative to present proper solutions.
Proficiency in BI & data analysis & Microsoft Office.
Machin learning & Python plus.
Systematic thinking skills, Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong Cross-functional team and communication abilities and having great interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English.
