شرح موقعیت شغلی

Everything you do will be in the spirit of simplification and accuracy of process and information to ensure data-driven decisions can be made proactively. You’ll build key strategic and planning processes, while providing thoughtful input with real-time updates and transparency into the team’s success & ensure meeting goals by checking operation processes.

Responsibilities

· managing the financial planning and forecasting process, strategic planning and delivering insight through management reporting and analysis ensuring that this evolves to meet the needs of the business.

· develop internal processes and drive distinct projects as required to optimize the efficacy, agility, and impact of the organization.

· Set annual/ quarterly targets for operation team in line with business objectives

· Track KPI achievements and ensure alignment of KPI setting with business objectives and cross-functional links

· Review historical trends and develop statistical forecast models

· Track and report target achievement, measure forecast accuracy, and record key reasons for deviation

· Provide input in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs

· Report and analyze KPIs in terms of quality issues

· Monitoring & reporting fraud, or regulation violation

Job Requirements

· Minimum bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or other relevant fields

· Minimum 3 years in supply chain planning functions (Exposure to FMCG industry would be beneficial)

· Proven analytical and quantitative skills with deep business insight

· Exceptional knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

· Team player with excellent cross-functional communication skills

· Programming skills in Python is a plus.
