A project management specialist is responsible for planning and overseeing projects, from the initial ideation through to completion. They coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives. One of the main projects we need project specialist to handle is Service Marketing activities to increase Digikala Service awareness.

Job Description:

· Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.

· Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.

· Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.( Business Planning and P&L preparation)

· Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work streams & activities.

· Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.

· Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.

· Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.

· Identifying and mitigating potential risks.

· Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction. Planning of projects from the beginning and monitoring to the end point

· Create timely and accurate reports and present them to the company's executives and senior management

· Provide reliable insights and visualization into performance relative to KPIs, projections and historical data

· Participate in department’s goal setting activities and month-end and year-end close processes

· Implementing Service Marketing related projects included but not limited to website, social media and online/offline campaigns.

Requirements:

· Advanced skills in Microsoft office.

· Ability to manage time and resources and juggle competing deadlines effectively.

· Problem solving capability.

· Self-Motivated, fast learner and result oriented.

· Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of software development.

· Business & commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills are also essential.

· Analytical skills are necessary in order to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout the project.

· A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.

· Be a good team player and an play an effective role to motivate the project team.

· At least one year of experience in related fields is necessary.

· Experience as Product Specialist, Scrum Master or Digital Marketing is a plus.

· Familiarity with Power BI, Python, R,... is a plus.
