Support change management projects that improve HR processes, systems, structure, and culture.
Facilitate and support changes in business structures, procedures, processes, and utilization of resources and Coordinate organization and structure design initiatives
Gathering and assessing feedback from all levels in the organization regarding concerns, areas of improvement, successes, and highlights on performance management and processes.
Contribute to potential restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
Consult with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters.
Providing moderation and transparency in performance management
Looking for ways to create awareness and quality participation of all line managers and supervisors
Provide advisory services to line management and supervisors with respect to OD and performance management
Advise line managers on performance form development
Advise line managers on the evaluation process
Advise line managers on Analyzing the Results of Performance Management
Requirements
Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management or any related field in Business Administration.
Minimum 1 year experience in a senior position in HR position.
Advanced Communication, Negotiation, Coaching, Analytical and Presenting Skills.
Fluency in English
