We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who is passionate about the professional responsibility of sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for the goals of our operations department. This role is responsible for executing mass recruitment processes in Tehran and Karaj, as well as remote recruitment processes in other provinces for operational positions
Key Job Responsibilities:
Reviews resumes, advertising responses, and employment applications. Conducts interviews and screens applicants for both technical and behavioral competence.
Acts as an internal consultant for line management regarding employment matters.
Gathers, prepares, and analyzes a variety of employment data related to advertising effectiveness, minority employment, recruiting campaigns, and other related items as needed.
Develops advertising campaigns, determining ad placement, and coordinating advertising schedules in appropriate media.
Job requirements
At least 1 years’ relevant experience in recruiting
Being motivated self-starter; results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Thought-Leader with creative solutions to make immediate impact
Ability to be organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, rapidly-changing environment
Knowledge and past use of a web-based applicant tracking system (ATS)
Ability to provide reporting and analytics on staffing status and provide analytic updates to management and customers
Proficiency using MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and Power Point
Familiar with process design and process improvement
Bachelor’s degree
