We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ECRM Supervisor to join our team at digikala jet. As an ECRM Supervisor, you will be responsible for achieving the goals established in monthly and annual performance reviews. You will also play a key role in building and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.

Job description

Build and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
Segment and analyze the prospect database to target ECRM campaigns effectively.
Manage the lifecycle of campaigns, including initiation, planning, execution, tracking and measurement.
Manage performance metrics, budget tracking, and reporting across selected marketing channels.
Provide regular reports on campaign results and insights to senior management.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through email marketing and other digital channels.
Utilize customer data for personalization and improving customer experience.
Foster customer loyalty through targeted and effective communication strategies.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and initiatives.
Hands on experience in using marketing automation tools and dashboards

Job requirements

At least 3 years of experience in an ECRM position.
SQL and digital marketing knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
