شرح موقعیت شغلی

Senior BI specialist will support the Business Intelligence team to extract organizational data and knowledge, transform abstract information from data analyses into comprehensible and attractive visuals that bring data to life. The candidate will work with the SQL Server package include (Data tools, SSAS multidimensional and Tabular Model) in order to prepare all Measures, KPIs, and analytical models.




  • Leverages data visualization and automation to create efficient dashboards and reports
  • Designs build, and deploys visually appealing integrated dashboards and reports with interactive capabilities
  • Works with multiple data sources(MySQL, Mongo, Excels).
  • Delivers data-driven actionable insights for improving multi-channel digital marketing efforts and performance.
  • Collaborates with internal departments and team members, assisting in the development of interactive data visualization presentations as needed.
  • Works with Business Analysts to identify and document business goals, reporting requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Works directly using data warehouse data in order to create dashboards.
  • creating, updating, and maintaining the data warehouse model regularly.
  • Responsible for data-level security on dashboards (access management).
  • Strong understanding of business process flow and data flow.
  • Very strong T-SQL and SQL Skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, and other data consolidation and presentation tools.
  • Good knowledge of database administration.
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server and SSAS (both multidimensional and tabular models) is required.
  • Interest in data analysis.
  • MDX & DAX is required.
  • Ability to function at both the detail and conceptual levels.
  • Should have strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, collaboration with the team, and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to manage time and resources and juggle competing deadlines effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Big Data technologies is a plus (Mongo DB).
  • Familiar with statistical analysis techniques -Hands-on R and Python is a plus.
  • Programming (especially with JavaScript) is a plus.
