شرح موقعیت شغلی

You at DigiExpress work mostly on human resources (employer branding, internal communications, and people experience) contents such as articles, blog posts, social media captions, presentations, guidelines, decks, as well as any other texts and copies as required.

Responsibilities:

Develop extended contents required for blogs, articles, journals, reports, etc.
Develop concise contents for captions, copies, lists, call to actions, etc.
Turn concepts, data, and briefs into engaging contents.
Maintain brand voice unity in all communications with audience and stakeholders.
Work with freelancers to support content creation.
Conduct researches to develop new ideas for genuine contents.
Optimize contents for social media, search engines, and generative response tools.
Platform management (Careers Site, Internal Portal, Online Onboarding, etc.)
Enhance DigiExpress employer branding image by content creation in external & internal touchpoits.
Initiate internal campaigns which engage DigiExpress Employees (Employee Engagement).
Working on UGC & EGC in order to escelate internal & external awareness.
Writing articles of 400 to 2000 words for blogs, reports, etc.
Translating and creating contents related to the industry.
Writing short texts of 20 to 200 words for social media captions, events, posters, emails, etc.
Create short names, copies and taglines of 3 to 10 words for internal communication channels, brand materials, etc.
Criting large documents and guidelines up to 10,000 words based on internal communication requirements.
Creating content calendar.

Requirements:
No specific requirements; hence, a degree in literature, foreign languages, journalism, screenplay writing, marketing, HR or any related field is preferred.
Storytelling & data story telling.
Skilled in creative writing.
Copywriting.
Skilled in editing & proof reading.
Excellent communications skills.
Familiar with latest trends in content creation, journalism, social media, and search engine optimization. Familiar with WordPress and other CMSs.
Skilled in writing reports and guidelines.
Spelling, grammar, and punctuation accuracy (Persian & English).
Fluent in English.
