استخدام Fleet Performance Supervisor

شرح موقعیت شغلی

 To oversee and enhance the performance of drivers by implementing effective performance management systems, and improving overall operational efficiency.


1. Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Monitor drivers' performance through various tracking systems and tools.
- Evaluate drivers' adherence to schedules, routes, and company standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to drivers.


2. Training and Development:
- Develop and conduct training programs for new and existing drivers.
- Ensure drivers are updated on safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Identify skill gaps and provide targeted training to improve performance.


3. Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all drivers comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct safety audits and regular vehicle inspections.
- Investigate and address any incidents or accidents involving drivers.


4. Performance Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in drivers' performance and develop action plans.
- Implement performance improvement programs and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with other departments to address performance-related issues.


5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of drivers' performance, training, and compliance.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
- Document any disciplinary actions and follow up on corrective measures.


6. Driver Support and Communication:
- Act as a point of contact for drivers to address concerns and provide support.
- Communicate company goals and expectations to drivers clearly and effectively.
- Foster a positive and productive working environment for drivers.


7. Route and Schedule Management:
- Assist in planning and optimizing routes and schedules for efficiency.
- Ensure timely deliveries and adherence to schedules.
- Monitor route performance and make adjustments as needed.


Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using performance management software and tools. (BI , python , …)
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the transportation industry.
- Experience with fleet management systems and performance tracking tools.
