شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Digiexpress, our HR generalists are recognized as subject matter experts in HR programs, processes, and tools. They play a crucial role in fostering a positive employee experience and provide exceptional HR guidance on various people matters. They are committed to collaborating with HR Business Partners across different business units to ensure seamless HR operations and support

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage HR operations, including performance management and development.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Conduct recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews.
Oversee employee onboarding and training programs.
Handle employee relations, including counseling and conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support business decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
+3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably with a focus on operations.
Ability to work on a rotating basis at the Shadabad, Badamak, Vardavard, and Shahrak Danesh operation centers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office.
