Didar is a B2B cloud-based CRM that helps businesses manage their sales processes, customer relationships, and team management more simply and intelligently.

At Didar, we are developing a product that can make a real impact on business growth and create a better experience for sales and support teams.

We are currently looking for an experienced and skilled Database Engineer to join Didar's Engineering team.

Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor operational databases
Analyze and optimize database performance and queries
Identify system bottlenecks and propose improvement solutions
Review execution plans and optimize queries, indexes, and stored procedures
Resolve issues related to data consistency and data quality
Work closely with the Backend team to design, review, and optimize queries
Design, develop, and refactor stored procedures and complex queries
Troubleshoot production issues and analyze database-related incidents
Participate in technical design discussions and data architecture decisions
Contribute to performance and scalability refactoring initiatives
Document technical changes, solutions, and learnings

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server
Proficiency in query optimization and performance tuning
Deep understanding of execution plans, indexing, blocking, and deadlocks
Experience in designing, developing, and optimizing stored procedures
Ability to analyze and resolve database issues in production environments
Familiarity with monitoring, log analysis, and troubleshooting
Good understanding of data modeling, data integrity, and database design
Familiarity with backup and recovery in SQL Server
Experience working with operational and high-load systems is a plus

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Elasticsearch
Familiarity with MongoDB
Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools
Experience working on SaaS products
