شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to ensure high ROI.
  • Oversee content creation and curation for all digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and more.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to the company website.
  • Monitor and analyze web analytics and campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and adjustments.
  • Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, customer service) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve department goals.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring timely delivery of services and high-quality outcomes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and digital marketing activities to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in the CRM or software industry is a plus.
