شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description: 

We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with various teams to optimize operations, streamline processes, and inform strategies with data-driven recommendations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Collecting, processing, and cleaning data from various sources.

 Designing and maintaining databases and data systems. 

Analyzing data using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. 

Creating visualizations and comprehensive reports to effectively communicate findings to the management. 

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and offer data-backed solutions. 

Ensuring data integrity and suggesting ways to improve data quality. 

Continually seeking opportunities for process optimization and automating routine tasks. 

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Metabase, Power BI, or similar. 

Familiarity with data processing tools like Excel, Python, or R. 

Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques. 

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 

Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. 

Nice-to-Have Skills: 

Experience with machine learning tools and techniques. 

Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop or Spark. 

Previous experience in a similar role in finance industry Knowledge of advanced statistical tests and models. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
