شرح موقعیت شغلی

we looking for a Motor Design Engineer to join their team and work on the development of innovative and high-performance BLDC motors. As a Motor Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Designing, modelling, simulating, and testing BLDC motors using various tools and software
Optimizing motor performance, efficiency, reliability and cost
Collaborating with other engineers, technicians and project managers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of motor projects
Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues related to motor design and operation
Researching and staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in the field of BLDC motors

To be successful in this role, you should have:

A bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in motor design, preferably with BLDC motors
Proficient in using motor design software such as Motor-CAD, JMAG, ANSYS or equivalent
Knowledge of motor theory, control, testing and manufacturing methods
Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills
A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
