Denxa (A Canadian-based company) is looking for a Senior Content Marketer to join our product teams. In this role, you will work with product managers and report to the CEO. You’ll have the opportunity to lead, establish, and develop the brand voice for Denxa. In addition, you will have the responsibility of adding new knowledge to our team. - Roles and Responsibilities

Create naming and messaging strategy for products and launches
Develop day-to-day processes to streamline collaboration amongst various content writers
Collaborate with product managers, executives, designers, and other internal teams
Grow the branded events content program based on a solid understanding of audience needs, business goals, and event logistics
Create compelling, high-quality, and scalable content, including presentations, print and digital assets, acquisition and web copy, articles, and other content as required
Partner with client and external speakers to develop engaging presentations and panel discussions
Conceive interactive event experiences that provide a differentiated and unique approach compared to traditional conference activities
Contribute to /LEAD With Denxa, pitching articles and assets that scale to meet team metrics and goals
Get stuff done—execute briskly with precision, in alignment with our goals and standards
Work collaboratively in a highly cross-functional environment to ideate and develop engaging copy for all online and offline marketing assets.
As the company scales further - hire, manage, mentor, and grow a highly productive copy team to execute storytelling across all marketing materials including a large volume of consumer emails and digital assets

- Qualifications

3+ years professional experience, with a proven track record in developing highly effective marketing content, especially presentations and corporate event assets especially in crypto market products
Excellent written communication and presentation skills in English
Solid understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and its competitive environment and how best to communicate that through written content
Experience communicating with a B2B and B2C audience
Experience managing complex projects by building strong working relationships with multiple partners across all departments and levels of the organization
Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing
Preference for those with experience working with distributed teams
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong project management skills with experience executing programs on deadline for multiple projects simultaneously, accurately, efficiently, and with an attention to detail

- Nice to have

Management experience is a plus
The ability to translate complex money and crypto concepts into conversational articles that help match our readers to products and providers
Successful Marketing experience is a plus
Understanding the software development process is a plus
