Responsible for the coordination and communication with our server hosting provider for the Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Desk and Confluence)
Develop and improve our internal IT Infrastructure
Create, control and configure new projects and schemes
Embed add-ons based on requirements received from end users and Project Level Administrators
Train our key users at company with specific user settings
Complete approved customization requests for projects and develop and maintain documentation and end user training materials
Provide good practices to end-users
Monitor and maintain overall health of the applications
Oversee the structure of our Confluence site based on requirements
to setup and manage and setup different projects in Jira
must be able to fully configure Jira Atlassian Stack
