Requirements



·         Minimum 3 years of related experience as a Microsoft CRM Specialist



·         Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (CRM)



·         Good knowledge of .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API and ASP.NET Core



·         Familiarity with network concepts, AD, IIS and SQL Server



·         Strong knowledge of customer relationship concepts



·         Familiar with the concepts of Agile and Scrum



·         Good understanding of CRM processes



·         Proven process understanding and application management



·         Must be a self-guided, creative, highly organized and motivated individual



·         Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills



·         Problem solver and logical thinker



·         Willing to learn new tools and apply innovative concepts on the job



·         Adapts well to change and comes up with creative solutions to challenge



·         Familiar with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI)



·         Strong knowledge in develop Dynamics workflow, plugins and custom entities
